Vision "The
What"
To teach people what their spiritual lives have
to do with the rest of their lives, to learn their calling, live their vision
and impact the Kingdom for God's glory.
Mission "The How"
To crawl, walk and then run in God's timing. To seek His leading each step of the way. To teach others how to walk with God that then teach others.
Purpose "The Why"
To present Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, the
Son of God, as the source and means for the realization and fulfillment of
peoples' basic needs and desires, both eternally and temporally.
About Us "Who we are"
DLM is a growing fellowship empowered by the Spirit of
God. We resist growth growing only as the Holy Spirit moves us to grow. We are
non-denominational followers of Jesus Christ. Our goal is not to be an organization, but an extended fellowship and family. We are world changers and servants. We seek to be faithful in the little things, knowing they are the key to big things. We work hard in the day to day tasks while we wait for the God sized ones.
We agree to this Statement of Faith:
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible authoritative
Word of God.
- We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in
His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death
through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the
right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
- We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential
for the salvation of lost and sinful men.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by Whose indwelling
the Christian is enabled to live the Godly life.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost - those who
are saved to the resurrection of life, and those who are lost to the
resurrection of condemnation.
- We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ, and the evidence
of that unity being shown by how we love one another.
