I am looking forward to this year and believe God has some amazing things in store for His people this year.
This is your year!
Yes, the world and the economy are not doing well.
But, this is your year and this is my year because God does not react, but rather acts. The only time we react is when we are caught off guard and are acting in response to something else we did not expect or plan for.
The great thing we can rest on knowing is that God is fully aware of our world and economy and knew what was coming. One of the greatest faith building things I have ever done was reading the entire Bible for the first time in 2003.
I can think of no greater way to help you experience the life map process I went through and continue to journey in and through than in helping you to read the Bible in 2010. The process of the restoration of the heart, renewal of the mind and empowerment of vision through simply reading the entire Bible in 2010 is something you can do.
For 2010 Desired Life Ministries is pledging resources to developing the Bible Year project to help at least 1,000 people read the Bible chronologically through in 2010.
So far we have over 100 people who are signed up to read the Bible in 2010 though our facebook page for the project.

oh goodness. what a task. I've been reading through the Bible chronologically ... just on my own, and Leviticus. That's about where I end, so I just go back and read Exodus. then Exodus fell out of my Bible, so I went back to Genesis which fell out of my Bible.. and now all the way through Judges fell out. it's partially encouraging, because hey.. my Bible is getting loved but it's also discouraging!
ANYWAY. that was a long ramble. but props, and good luck for everyone involved =)
