God has called DLM to teach people what their spiritual lives have to do with the rest of their lives. That's a big calling and it covers a vast amount of area. It isn't a calling that makes this ministry easy to define. Our ministry philosophy in everything we do is to crawl, walk and then run. 

  We have what we call the three threes. That's three sets of three things. It's a bit tricky to grasp, but once you do - it makes defining this ministry easier. 

  The first of the three is our ministry philosophy to crawl, walk and then run. This is simply because God as our Father, Fathers us to progress through stages of development. A baby that tried to run would be unable to. As we go through the progression of each stage we mature and grow in wisdom and maturity to do what God calls us to do. King David didn't just go up against Goliath with no training, he had learned to kill wild animals and lions as a Shepherd. We see multiple examples of this through out the Bible. 

  The second of the three parts of this ministry is in the areas we target in individuals to teach them how to walk with God to learn what their spiritual lives have to do with the rest of their lives. This process starts with the restoration of the heart (that's always the target of what God is doing in us as individuals), then we move into the renewal of the mind (we have been given the mind of Christ as believers, but we don't just shift to thinking with an eternal mindset from a worldly/carnal mindset). Finally after the heart has been restored and the mind renewed we seek to help a individual in the empowerment of vision.

  The empowerment of vision is only discovered through the restoration of the heart. Yet, it can only be sustained by the renewal of the mind. A renewed mind is required to guard and protect our heart from the enemy's best strategy for spiritual defeat, which is to draw the heart of God into question in the life of any individual. If we doubt God, we will not be able to live from our heart and grow with God nor hold onto the vision for our life from our calling He gives us.

  We as a ministry are out to awaken, empower and equip thousands of visionaries to impact the Kingdom of God and change the world. Our goal is not to grow big and do it all on our own - we can do far more in being used to awaken thousands of individuals who in turn will awaken thousands more. We are out to create a movement that by the Spirit of God brings about revival in nations and entire continents. In the past 100 years Christiandom has relied on the few to reach and impact the many. We are out to change one individual at a time who will then change one individual at a time. In time we will create a wild fire through with the Spirit of God transforms families, cities, regions, nations and then continents. To some this may sound impossible or unrealistic, but our vision is no larger than the size of God. Our vision is not our own, it is given by God. Our vision does not rely on our talent, ability or skills. It relies on the Spirit of God to bring about irrevocable change in the lives of individuals, who in turn will be compelled and moved by the Spirit of God to do the same for others, who in turn will do the same for others. It's a simple plan. It's one where only God can take the glory, it leaves no chance for the talent, ability or skill of those in this ministry to take it or be given it.

We all have been given unique and special visions within our calling to impact the Kingdom of God. Most abandon, forget or stop holding onto those visions because they never experience true heart restoration. The few who do experience true heart restoration are rarely trained or taught on the renewal of the mind and are unable to sustain a heart alive in God to the depths that they once knew. Some are taught the renewal of the mind, but never enter into experience true heart restoration thus hindering them from discovering the vision God has for them within their calling. This is all part of why we do what we do and what we are out to do.

  Finally the third guiding pillar of the ministry is our strategy to do what we do. Our game plan is to take the message to masses through books, CDs, DVDs, Journals, Online media, Movies, etc. The purpose of this is to introduce many to the message and direct them to the next step of growing in the message. The second step to lead people deeper into the message is to use retreats and conferences. At the retreats we will focus on the restoration of the heart, using retreats in remote areas of wilderness to minister to the hearts of men and for women holding retreats in resorts where we will minister to the hearts of women. The conferences will be for the renewal of the mind and empowerment of faith and vision. The next step to train leaders is where the Kingdom Manor comes into focus. The Kingdom Manor will be our training center where young adults and in time families come for a period of time for up to a year or more to enter deeper into the areas of heart, mind and vision.

  The Kingdom Manor will be positioned near a metro area to be a place young adults can come to find refuge, as well as a place to study and learn among other visionaries from around the world. Imagine being in a large mansion with over a hundred peers who all like yourself are deeply in love with God with a passion to live a unique vision God has given them. At the Kingdom Manor there will also be a strong young men’s ministry and young women’s ministry team to constantly help them grow as men and women. 

  When I first experienced a true and deep restoration of the heart through Jesus Christ in a whole new level while at a men's retreat I remember hearing from dozens of men in their 40’s, 50’s & 60’s, "if only we had heard this message when we were young like you -  our lives would have taken drastically different paths early in life". 

  Yes, families changed, marriages saved, and battles won for the lives of kids. The Kingdom Manor will not only be out to train the visionaries God brings there, but to help the men and women who come learn how to deal with things that they will face in their future families and lives.

  At the Kingdom Manor there will be men and women who are experts in their areas of study such as theologians, historians, musicians, retired missionaries, professors, lawyers, doctors and former politicians as well as those from many professions full time or part time to invest and share their lives and thus influence those who come to the Kingdom Manor.

  We will have multiple ministries within the Kingdom Manor through partnerships with other ministries to serve as hands on experience for those at the Kingdom Manor. We will also bring in special guests to come and speak to everyone on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to inspire, encourage and help teach those at the Kingdom Manor.

  To reach out to the community multiple out reaches will be planned by those at the Kingdom Manor as well. We want to be on a large estate that serves multiple purposes and one is to be a community of believers that if it were to vanish those in the community would miss the influence it had on them.

  The plan to send visionaries out to live and continue to walk in this message is to send them out in groups of 3-4 after they have been at the Kingdom Manor for a year. We will have multiple incoming groups of young adults through out the year so that there is never all new people or old people at the Kingdom Manor. Some will always be learning and some will as they have been there for a while and learned the message, be learning more through teaching others who have just arrived. As young people leave in the groups of 3-4 to all parts of the world they will go with others to support and encourage them in their individual callings in life and perhaps to start or help start new church plants around the world with this message.

  These are just a few of the ideas that have come from the heart and purpose of the Kingdom Manor as the training ground from which to raise up visionaries to impact the Kingdom of God and take the message of heart, mind and vision to those they go on to impact.
