Ministry Structure Plan Of Action

1) House Groups - These will be homes designated by their owners or groups of believers who rent a home to be a house group. Ideally there would be a men's and women's home in the cities around the metro in which people could live in community if they so desired to do so. Growth takes place in communities in special ways. These will include and expand in being weekly studies and small gatherings for fellowship, bible study and prayer.

2) Weekly Gathering - A large building will be obtained and used to hold weekly gatherings for  men and women from around the region who have entered into this message. The purpose of the weekly gathering will be to sow seeds for the restoration of the heart, renewal of the mind and sharing of vision within the processes of the life map model through preaching, teaching, and guest speakers. They will include a time of worship music before and after. These will most likely be held on Tuesday or Thursday nights.

3) Quarterly Retreats -  These will be to dig deeper in the process of the restoration of the heart. For the men in the wilderness at a camp and for the women in a resort. These will be held 2-4 times per year.

4) Conferences - These will be for the renewal of the mind with guest speakers from all walks of life with the intent of getting participants to think outside the box. To sharpen and expand and build on a biblical world view. These will be held 1-2 times a year.

5) Mission and Purpose Trips - These will be intentional trips for mission work with the intention of taking this message in other countries. The will include helping those in need, serving others and teaching others. First in meeting people where they are with world needs and or connecting on common interests with others and then sharing the message. They will focus on both serving others in need and reaching those who are spiritually in need. They will also be fun trips for refuge and renewal and expanding on world vision.

6) Annual Vision Dinner - These will be for casting, sharing and expanding vision of ministry participants and for fundraising. These will be for sending out men and women to all corners of the world to impact their industries for the Kingdom of God in taking the message of this movement to others.

7) Establishing the Kingdom Manor - In the next 10 years it is our goal to establish the Kingdom Manor. See the Kingdom Manor section for more information on the vision.
