The Kingdom Manor

While there is no location, property, land or abundance of financing to acquire and establish the Kingdom Manor at this time the vision for it is no less real. Through the prayers, sacrifice and work of those God has and will call to be used for this vision one day the Kingdom Manor will be the hub on earth through which much of the work of this ministry is done.

Once established men and women from all over the world will come to the Kingdom Manor where they go through the process of a restoration of the heart. They then will begin the second part of their stay in which we focus on renewal of the mind. This is critical because restoration of the heart is very difficult without a renewed mind with a biblical world view and an understanding of the spiritual world and how it effects the physical world around us. The third part of their stay will begin the empowerment of the vision, calling and or dreams God has given to those who come.

The Kingdom Manor and the ministry do not help give people a calling, dream or vision to go forth, but rather help people learn to walk with God and to learn his leading in their life so that they will learn and know God's plans for their life. One of the greatest problems facing man kind has always been the lack of knowing God's direction in their life. 

In Christendom there are few who know with certainty God's plans for their life specifically or at least enough to be going forth in a direction towards them. Often this is revealed simply by walking in faith and trusting God while living in obedience to Him. Yet, there are many believers who despite this go on throughout life perhaps never reaching or fulfilling all that God had for them to do in this life. Our vision is to create an environment in which a process to foster the learning and walking in those visions, dreams and callings are realized and revealed in ways most do not experience apart from being in such an environment.

Our vision is to awaken, empower and equip thousands of visionaries to impact the Kingdom of God from all over the world. Our goal is not to grow big and do it all on our own. Our desire is to do this in awaken thousands of individuals who in turn will awaken thousands more. This can only be done with the renewal of the mind to help leaders learn to replicate and train others to learn and walk in this message of a restored heart, renewed mind and from that a revealed calling from God. 

We are out to create a movement that by the Spirit of God brings about revival in nations and continents. In the past 100 years Christendom has relied on the few to reach and impact the many. Often those few were influenced by others and then began to run with God. We aim to create an environment and spread our message that we believe will bring about these changes. Our goal is not to produce large classes or groups, but to change one individual at a time who will then change one individual at a time. Mass gatherings with no follow up simply do not produce disciples who bring about large change. Jesus chose a few and in his time with them they were changed. The super natural empowerment of the Holy Spirit was used to release and empower them to go make those changes, but the years Jesus spent with them in person before played a role in bringing about heart and mind changes that then were released and empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

Though this message and this environment we seek to create we believe God will birth a spiritual wild fire through which the Spirit of God will transform families, cities, regions, nations and then continents. 

To those who know a big God this is not hard to visualize and believe and our vision is no larger than the size of God. Yet, this vision is not our own, it was given by God to our founder and it is one of which our staff members must hold and believe too. 

Vision and calling from God does not rely on talent, ability or skills. It comes about only from the Spirit of God as He brings about irrevocable change in the lives of individuals, who in turn are compelled and moved by the Spirit of God to take the message that changed their lives to  others, who in turn do the same for others. 

It's a simple plan that God has revealed. It's one in which God alone can take the glory, it leaves no chance for the talent, ability or skill of anyone to take credit or be given it.

We all have been given unique and special visions within our calling to impact the Kingdom of God. The problem is that most abandon, forget or let go of those visions and callings because they never experience true heart restoration. 

The restoration of the heart is not enough to enter and walk into the fullness of a calling or a vision given by God. Without the renewal of the mind and deeper spiritual renewal from the renewal of the mind the heart awakened and alive in God often withers. Among those with a heart alive and in love with God there remains a need for a greater movement of the renewal of the mind. A heart in love with God and restored is often hindered in faith by a mind not yet largely renewed.

Some are taught the renewal of the mind, but this often happens with those who have a more scientific mind and who are less in touch with their heart to start. This may be from past events or adapted beliefs of the mind that living from the heart is too dangerous or unwise. Yet, it is clear that Jesus lived fully from his heart and felt and experienced powerful passions and emotions and love from his heart and because of that with the renewal of his mind he walked in his calling and fulfilled his purpose and reason for coming.  

We also aim to help those who come to the Kingdom Manor learn to walk in this message after they begin to learn it by then providing them with the opportunities to help in teaching it to others in producing resources such as books, CDs, DVDs, Journals, Online media, Movies, etc. Nothing helps people learn something faster and better than playing a part in teaching it to others.  

In producing resources to distribute to the masses like this we will also help spread the message to others from which we will hold retreats and conferences at which we will share more and put an emphasis on how coming to the Kingdom Manor can play a large role in impacting them in ways that are hard to do outside of an environment created and maintained to foster those changes. 

Some of our influences for the importance of the renewal of the mind and from which we have gained some direction for the Kingdom Manor is the work of Francis Shaffer's and his wife through the L'Abri in the Swiss Alps. Though it started with just one location, they are now all over the world. Their purpose and focus remains the same. Much of his work through L'Abri has impacted Christendom's influence in our culture in the United States as well as many others through out the world.  

The Kingdom Manor will be positioned near a metro area to be a place young adults can come to find refuge, as well as a place to study and learn among other visionaries from around the world. Imagine being in a large estate with over a hundred peers who all like yourself are deeply in love with God with a passion to live a unique vision God has given them. At the Kingdom Manor there will also be a strong young men's ministry and young women's ministry team to constantly help them grow as men and women as well. 

Often those in the later years of life who come to faith and experience deep heart and mind change will say "if only we had heard the message and experience this change when we were young our lives would have taken drastically different paths early in life". It is our desire to create an environment that for those who come will never have to wonder that. We also will offer options for adults of all ages to come for study, growth and healing as that need increases from men and women showing interest in such options. 

Another benefit of the Kingdom Manor we believe will be families changed, marriages saved, and battles won for the lives of kids. The Kingdom Manor will not only help train the visionaries God brings there, but to help men and women learn how to deal with things that they will face in their future families and lives. In a time when few young people have Godly examples of fathers and mothers we aim to also provide an environment to provide examples to young people in family and marriage as well.

At the Kingdom Manor there will be men and women who are experts in their areas of study. There will be theologians, historians, musicians, retired missionaries, professors, lawyers, doctors and former politicians as well as those from many professions full time or part time to invest and share their lives and thus influence those who come to the Kingdom Manor. We want people with callings and visions in every aspect of life to be able to come to the Kingdom Manor to enter and walk into any calling or vision God has given them - not just traditional ministry or vocations.

There will also be multiple ministries within the Kingdom Manor through partnerships with other ministries and organizations to serve as hands on experience for those at the Kingdom Manor. We will also bring in special guests to come and speak to everyone on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to inspire, encourage and help teach those at the Kingdom Manor. We want to create an environment that excels those who come into what ever area they are called to impact for the Kingdom of God. The process people will go through at the Kingdom Manor starts inside with their heart and then their mind and then we will help them in going for what ever they are called to do and teach them how to walk and hear from God to stay in that calling their entire life.

We also plan reach out to the community with multiple out reaches planned by those at the Kingdom Manor as well to develop an understanding and application of servant hood. The Kingdom Manor will be on a large estate that serves multiple purposes and one is to be a community of believers the community around us would miss if it was to vanish overnight. The Kingdom Manor will not be just an inward focused environment, but one that interacts and impacts the community around it.

We plan to send people out after their time at the Kingdom Manor in such a way they do not go into shock when back in the world. We plan to send people out to live and continue to walk in this message in groups of 3-4 after they have been at the Kingdom Manor when ever possible. 

To foster the teaching in a environment to better learn we will have multiple incoming groups of young adults through out the year so that there is never all new people or old people at the Kingdom Manor. Some will always be learning and some will be helping teach it having learned the message already.

As people leave in the groups of 3-4 to all parts of the world they will go with others to support and encourage them in their individual callings in life and perhaps to start or help start new movements within this message around the world.

This is the vision of the Kingdom Manor.
